AOTA Fellowship Program candidacy application approval process
The initial approval process starts with submitting
- an Intent to Seek Approval Form (ISAF) by one of these review cycle deadlines—March 1, July 1, or November 1, and then,
- a Candidacy Application 120 days after submitting the ISAF.

For all current approved and provisional fellowship programs, please make sure to submit all required program forms no later than 30 days of any substantial change to the program, curriculum, staffing, or acceptance of a fellow.
