AOTA Fellowship Program fee schedule

Approved fellowship programs holding Inactive Status are invoiced at a reduced rate. However, the reduced fee only applies to programs that hold inactive status and do not have a fellow. Programs that hold inactive status and have a fellow in the program will be charged the full annual fee.

Fellowship Programs are required to have an in-person or virtual site visit to be conducted sometime during months 8-10, to verify substantial compliance prior to a fellow graduating. The cost of an in-person and virtual site visit are the same.

AOTA Fellowship Program will invoice a candidate program 45 days prior to the initial scheduled in-person or virtual site visit, with payment due prior to the actual site visit date. In the event payment has not yet been received by AOTA prior to the in-person or virtual site visit, the Fellowship Program will inform the fellowship coordinator, and the site visit will be rescheduled pending receipt of payment.

Organizations that sponsor more than one OT fellowship program must pay the following fees for each individual fellowship program: (1) a separate Candidacy Application fee; (2) initial in-person or virtual site visit fee; and (3) annual and renewal application fees.
